An Industrial Automotive company Based in the North West of Tunisia is seeking to recruit an Engineering Responsible
Missions:
Attached directly to the plant Engineering department manager and you will be in charge of:
Capitalize on the experience and technicalities of different products and be a force for global optimization of production processes
Centralize production capacity files, equipment and tools and communicate them to different departments and services
Validate budgets and purchase orders for new equipment and tools
Ensure that AMDEC activities are carried out (content, form, planning), and the effectiveness of the actions put in place
Ensure the relationship with the plant in case of repeated claims or anomalies on the various products
Ensure the accuracy of the theoretical minutes of production provided by the plant
Assess the potential impact of technical changes on capacity, efficiency and alert relevant departments
Balancing the burdens of joint activities between the various product managers
Support the Department Manager in all decisions related to the activities of
Product engineering
Ensure improvements to product engineering performance indicators
Contribute to the development and deployment of the department's action plan and budget
To monitor action plans, feed the dashboards and carry out a consolidated periodic reporting of the service's activities.
Manage, train, evaluate, motivate his team and encouraging the exchange of best practices
Ensure strict compliance with the company's safety guidelines, quality standards and procedures
Improve the company's working conditions in relation to other plants
Profile Required:
Master’s degree or engineer, in a technical field
An understanding experience of minimum 8 years as Engineering responsible
Good English Language
German Language is desired
Have excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
