Description de l'annonce:
The Recruiting Specialist (RS) acts across the full recruitment life-cycle and is responsible for finding the correct match between Transcom vacancies and candidates. He/she is responsible for processing recruitments in due time and form, ensuring correct social security registration and contributions, in coordination with the external manager.
General
- Implement the Cluster HR strategy to attract and recruit top talent in alignment with Global HR and Global Center of Excellence (CoE) for Recruitment and Learning & Development.
- Finding the right match between candidate and Transcom via (phone) interviews.
- Coordinating existing and new vacancies.
- Being part of the full recruitment life-cycle.
- Maintaining and improving collaboration with temp/recruitment agencies.
- Using and evaluating algorithms and test-tools for quality improvement
- Supporting improvement in all recruitment steps (search; screen; test; match).
- Driving candidate attraction and experience proactively.
- Working by KPI driven performance.
- Communicating and collaborating closely with OPS.
Professional qualifications/Specific knowledge
- Minimum studies: University diploma or degree (Law, Labour Relations, Work Studies, Business Administration and Management or similar).
- Specific training and/or work experience in Human Resources Administrative Management, Post-Graduate Studies in Labour Relations and/or Labour Law.
Information technology
- Office package (Word/Excel/PowerPoint): High level.
- Google Apps: High level.
- E-mail Communication: High level.
- Previous experience in HR Information System (IS) solutions is an advantage.
Languages knowledge (CEFR Proficiency based)
FR: C level
German : C level and/or Italian : C level
