A multinational company based in Sousse is looking for a Maintenance Manager:

Maintenance Manager (Based in Sousse) 

Job description:

• Ensure the steering of the maintenance department of 03 productions sites.

• Establish and execute preventive maintenance planning.

• Review, approve and prioritize maintenance work orders.

• Organize, record and archive maintenance work orders.

• Organize resources to meet deadlines and targets.

• Register, control and monitor maintenance KPI’s.

• Order, identify and register of equipment and machinery.

• Estimate costs and prepare budgets for factory improvements.

• Order of prime materials and auxiliary materials for maintenance department.

• Order of spare parts and auxiliary parts for machinery and equipment.

• Monitor HSE KPI’s.

• Monitor and support HSE admin to achieve overall and specific objectives related to security and environment.

• Assist actively on work floor with Maintenance team.

• Supervise and evaluate performance of Maintenance Team.

• Maintain a good communication level and interact with management team and operational staff…

Specifications:

• Mechanic or Mechatronic  engineer,

• 07-10 years proven experience in maintenance department within industrial companies .

• Hands-on attitude.

• Ability to manage a team.

• Fluent English .
