TCC is recruiting for its client RHENUS LOGISTICS IT profiles :
Profile 1: Service Desk/SIAM
Profile 2: Application Testing
PS : All CV that are not in English will not be taken in consideration;
Profile1 : Service Desk/SIAM:
French B2 or higher
English B2 or higher
IT related university degree or adequate training
Basic knowledge in network, ActiveDirectory, MS Office, operating systems, servers, databases, client hardware and mobile devices
ITIL Foundation
Excel Expert
Knowledge in IT service management processes
Communicative, social and fun dealing with customers, partners and employees
High service motivation and high solution quotas
Profile 2 : Application Testing:
English Level B2 (spoken and written)
Firm knowledge in:
HTML DOM / XPath
JavaScript / CSS
Working with variables
MS Excel, Windows and modern web browser technologies
High-quality awareness and technical affinity
High communicative skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to work in a team
High willingness to learn
High reliability
