Job description
You'll be responsible for:
- Giving technical support to clients with mobile devices;
- Ensure the client satisfaction and continuity with the company;
- Providing information with regards to products/services available;
- Embodying the best the company has to offer.
Requirements
Which requirements are we looking for? Which of your abilities will be needed?
- High school certificate or equivalent (mandatory);
- French native or fluent speaker (mandatory);
- Similar job experience (preferential);
- Available to work full-time and with rotating schedules;
- Good communication and argumentation skills;
- Team worker;
- Immediate availability.
Offer
And the conditions?
Total Package (base salary/monthly bonuses/monthly meal allowance)
- 40 hours per week with rotating hours from Monday to Sunday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
