## Description

**Required qualifications:**

 Certifications Bachelor or Master degree in Management, Economics, Finance or Banking required.

**Required knowledge:**

 Analytical/credit skills, knowledge of Tunisian market and main players, understanding of sector trends, client relationship skills.

**Experience:**  

 1 to 3 years of experience in commercial banking. Young graduate accepted.

**Personal Attributes:**

 \- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

 \- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in challenging environment skills.

 -  Ability to work transversally across the organization and maintain high standards of professionalism in all dealings with team members, staff and clients.

**Duties and responsibilities:**

\- Financial analysis and CAFs: Request CSN for new relationships, spread the financials through the MRA tool, check the centralized credit report of the CBT, perform the industry study and start the write up of the CAF.

\- Interaction with clients: Interact with clients as needed: preparing and renewing KYC and account opening documentation, sending swifts and any other document in relation with transactions routed through the client bank account, answering to client inquiries and help in solving client claims.

\- Interaction with other departments of the bank: Interact as needed with the other departments of the bank (Credit Admin, Operations, Legal Dpt…) on day to day matters on behalf of the RM.
