We're curruntly looking for a TMA EPM consultant to join our team in Tunisia

Main responsibilities :

- providing assistance to daily operations in the financial information system of our clients and its development over time. 
- help our clients find standard solutions or specific solutions adapted to their strategic goals. 
- Day-to-day support, assistance and administration (application platform functional administration, analysis of difficulties related to operations, recommendations for incident resolution) 
- Customer-specific configuration (creation of new KPIs and reports, management of services adapted to your needs) 
- Incident management (analysis and resolution of technical incidents in the application, management of support tickets) 
- Application methodology (analysis of technical and functional performance indicators, analysis of incident recurrence)

The candidate needs to be independent, responsible and mature in approaching work deliverables, deadlines and interacting with team members and clients. 

You will work with a team of passionate folks on a great diversity of projects and fields, in an agile environment. You will have great learning opportunities in a small, tightly-knit team !
