## Description

Ensures the completeness of activities within the Raw Material Warehouse (unloading, booking, labelling, storing, picking, transferring, etc.) 

\- As functional superior to Raw Material Warehouse personnel proceeds to target agreement setting and annual appraisal in cooperation with Plant SC Manager 

\- Identifies performance deviations based on the KPIs and develops action plans for corrections 

\- Supports the definition of standards for SC, based on the Benchmarks, making sure that the best service to the customer (internal and external customers) is considered with the lowest cost level (logistic, inventory, physical flow)

 \- Provides all needed support to train and coach the Raw Material Warehouse personnel on SC standard processes in order to ensure that they are understood and implemented 

- Supports the layout definition and the space requirements for the Raw Material Warehouse 

\- Management of the technical equipment used in the material handling, ensuring the good functionality (together with the Technical Service responsible) 

\- Ensures the accuracy of stocks and transfers (physical vs. system) within the RM Warehouse by respecting the FIFO principle and internal rules. 

\- Ensures an agenda of cycle counts on regular basis corrects discrepancies, identifies root causes and actions to eliminate them. 

\- Supports in Customers and plants quality audits. 

\- Identifies performance deviations together with team leaders Raw material warehouses and Raw material warehouse specialist 

\- Ensures the proper storage conditions (based on the supplier requirements) 

\- Supports the implementation of the internal material flow system 

\- Ensures an appropriate visualization of the Raw Material Warehouse areas (floor markings, racks labelling, etc.) 

\- Participates in the truck planning (inbound) together with the transport coordinator 

\- Cooperation with other departments in order to improve shop floor performance 

\- Coordinates the Stock-take process in the Raw Material Warehouse 

\- Supports the new projects implementation in the plant
