## Description

**Purpose of the Role:**  
Ensure compliance with Tunisian EHS legal requirements and Infinite Electronics Group standards by managing compliance documentation, monitoring regulatory changes, tracking corrective actions, and supporting audit readiness and EHS reporting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  * Maintain and update the EHS Legal Register and ensure compliance with applicable Tunisian regulations.

  * Coordinate regulatory inspections and communication with relevant authorities.

  * Support the implementation of Our global Group EHS standards, programs, and reporting requirements.

  * Track corrective and preventive actions, identify overdue items, and escalate compliance gaps.

  * Prepare and maintain documentation for internal, external, and Group audits.

  * Support incident reporting, emergency drills, EHS training records, and Emergency Response Plan activities.

  * Compile monthly EHS performance reports and monitor action plans.

**Required Skills:**

  * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and documentation management.

  * Good understanding of EHS regulations, compliance requirements, and management systems.

  * Effective communication, teamwork, and proactive risk escalation.

  * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and digital compliance tools.

  * Good working English for technical documentation and Group reporting.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

  * Engineering degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, Industrial Safety, or a related field.

  * 1–3 years of relevant EHS, compliance, or operational experience; internships may be considered.

  * Basic knowledge of EHS management systems and international standards.

  * Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Safety Culture, and IOSH certification is an advantage.

  * Experience in manufacturing or electronics environments is desirable.
