Description de l'annonce
Advancia Téléservices is a well-established player in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry. As part of a partnership with a global leader in robot teleoperation, we are launching a new business activity and building a dedicated team.
Join us on this innovative journey at the intersection of robotics and digital technology!
The role :
You will remotely supervise and operate robots working in warehouses, offices and industrial sites across Europe. From a
workstation in Tunis you see what the robot sees through a VR headset, step in when it needs a human decision, and pilot it
through situations it cannot handle alone using VR controllers and joysticks. The work is real time, precise and safety critical, and it
rewards the same skills as competitive gaming.
What you will do :
● Monitor live video and telemetry from assigned robots and respond to intervention requests within seconds.
● Pilot robots in VR using a headset, motion controllers and joysticks, following Adamo procedures; monitor flat-screen
feeds between interventions.
● Make calm, correct decisions under time pressure; escalate to the Team Lead when a situation falls outside procedure;
log sessions and report incidents immediately.
● Follow strict confidentiality rules: nothing seen on screen is ever recorded, photographed, copied or discussed outside
the operations room. Complete and maintain Adamo certification.
Hiring requirements :
Fluent spoken and written in both; able to follow technical instructions and report incidents in either.
Regular experience with console or PC games requiring precise real-time control (action, racing, simulation, FPS)
Fast, accurate reactions, sustained attention over a full shift, and comfort working in a VR headset for extended periods without motion sickness
Punctual, dependable, available for rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
No degree or prior industry experience required. Secondary education completed. Technical, logistics or gaming community background a plus.
