## Description

Bank ABC Tunisia, is reinforcing its Loan Operations unit with the recruitment of a **Loans Operations Officer.**

The jobholder is responsible for loan set up according to ABC's procedures and Central Bank of Tunisia Regulations. This position extends to the management of syndicated loans, reimbursement and follow up of unpaid loans. Precision, due diligence and organization are considered as essential features for this position.

**Principal Responsibilities, Accountabilities and Deliverables of Role:  **

·  Preparing titles of credits as per Credit decision (Retail/ Corporate) 

·  Check the completeness and proper constitution of loans’ files before any disbursement (Retail/ Corporate)

·  Disbursement of loans according to ABC group decision, procedure and Central Bank of Tunisia Regulation (Retail/ Corporate) 

·  Ensure the follow-up of loans repayment schedules (Corporate loans)

·  Managing loans rollovers rates

·  Close follow-up of unpaid loans 

·  Manual Repayment of loans (Retail/ Corporate)

·  Early reimbursement (Retail/ Corporate) 

·  Ensure that all Treasuries’ movements related to Corporate loans (disbursement / reimbursement) are communicated to treasury via the payment control 

Precision, due diligence and organization are considered as essential features of this function.

**Job Requirements:**

**\- Education:**

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Finance, or any relevant field.

**\- Experience:**

3 to 5 years.

**\- Personal Attributes:**

· Organized & Meticulous.

· Cooperative & Responsible. 

· Dynamic & Proactive.

**\- Knowledge:  **

Microsoft Office/ English.
