**Location:** Z.I. El Fejja – 5012 Sahline, Monastir – Tunisia**  
**

**Purpose of the Role**

The Production Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the daily operations of the factory. The role ensures productivity, quality, and cost targets are met while managing production resources efficiently and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

Lead and coordinate production activities to ensure output targets and KPIs are achieved  
Supervise section and area managers, ensuring task alignment and follow-up  
Monitor daily and long-term performance indicators (efficiency, output, scrap rate)  
Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, logistics, lean, and quality departments to solve problems and drive improvements  
Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards  
Contribute to and manage production budgets (efficiency, investment, cost reduction)  
Oversee staff development, evaluations, and succession planning  
Approve team schedules, absences, overtime, rewards, and disciplinary actions  
Represent the site during audits and customer visits

**Required Skills & Competencies**

Strong leadership, team coordination, and communication  
Ability to analyse data and implement corrective actions  
Proficiency in managing large teams and cross-functional interfaces  
Sound judgment, integrity, and strategic thinking
