### Purpose of the Role

Ensure supplier quality and compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements by monitoring supplier performance, conducting assessments and audits, and driving corrective actions.

### Key Responsibilities

  * Manage and monitor supplier quality performance and approved supplier status.
  * Conduct supplier assessments and audits, including follow-up and closure of findings.
  * Manage **SCARs, 8D, and corrective/preventive actions** with suppliers.
  * Monitor supplier compliance with quality and environmental requirements.
  * Support **NPD/NPI** , including **PPAP and PFMEA** activities.
  * Manage incoming inspection, sampling plans, and supplier-related quality controls.
  * Drive continuous improvement, reduce failures and scrap, and improve supplier performance.
  * Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Purchasing, Product Marketing, and suppliers.
  * Provide technical support and guidance to suppliers.

### Required Profile

  * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  * **5+ years of supplier quality experience**.
  * Strong knowledge of **ISO 9001 / ISO 16949, PPAP, 8D, and quality tools**.
  * Experience with manufacturing and production processes.
  * Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills.
  * Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
  * Willingness and availability to travel internationally.
