Supplier Quality Engineer

We are hiring a Supplier Quality Engineer for an exporting industrial site in the Sahel region, Tunisia, operating in the automotive sector.

You will be responsible for the quality of incoming materials and the performance of our supplier base, working closely with our international supplier network and our quality management system.

Responsibilities :

- Plan, lead and follow up supplier quality audits

- Monitor and update supplier control plans and inspection standards

- Investigate material non-conformities and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions (8D)

- Support supplier development and continuous improvement plans

- Track supplier quality KPIs (PPM, audit scores, corrective action closure)

- Coordinate with Production, Purchasing and R&D on supplier-related quality issues

Requirements :

Engineering degree (industrial, quality, materials or related field)

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supplier quality or quality engineering role

Advanced English, both written and spoken

Familiarity with quality tools: PPAP, APQP, 8D, root cause analysis

Automotive industry background is a strong plus

Strong analytical mindset and autonomy
