Description de l'annonce
At King Maritime, we transcend borders. As a Sea & Air Freight Forwarder, you will design and execute tailored multimodal transport solutions for our diverse portfolio of clients. Leveraging both maritime routes and air bridges, your role is to optimize transit times and costs while guaranteeing flawless execution from door to door.
🚢 Your Missions: Engineering Global Transport Solutions
Your daily focus will be on managing international shipments, negotiating with global partners, and expanding our freight forwarding footprint. Your responsibilities include:
Multimodal Booking & Coordination: Organizing and supervising international import/export shipments via Sea (FCL/LCL) and Air freight, from initial booking to final destination delivery.
Carrier Negotiation & Pricing: Negotiating competitive freight rates with airlines, shipping lines, and overseas agents to build attractive, high-margin commercial offers for our clients.
Documentation & Compliance: Issuing and verifying all international transport documentation, including House and Master Bills of Lading (HBL/MBL), Air Waybills (AWB), manifest submissions, and certificates of origin.
Network & Agent Relations: Collaborating daily with our international agent network to coordinate cross-trade shipments and secure smooth overseas handling.
Client Advisory & Follow-up: Providing proactive milestone tracking to clients, resolving operational issues (space shortages, customs delays), and advising them on optimized routing and Incoterms.
🔎 Candidate Profile
We are looking for a proactive, commercially sharp professional with a deep understanding of international trade lanes and multi-modal logistics.
Your Assets:
Background: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of solid experience in a freight forwarding agency, specifically managing both sea and air operations.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Bac+3/5) in International Trade, Transport, Logistics, or a related field.
Technical Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of IATA regulations, maritime transport laws, port/airport procedures, and Incoterms 2020.
Strong mastery of pricing mechanisms, weight/volume calculations (chargeable weight), and freight software.
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, sharp commercial acumen, high resistance to stress, and a proactive approach to crisis resolution.
Languages: Flawless fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is mandatory to negotiate with international airlines, shipowners, and overseas networks.

Scope: Take on a highly visible, strategic role with strong commercial impact and international exposure.
Ecosystem: Work within an agency equipped with a robust infrastructure, offering seamless connection to customs, logistics, and port services.
Ambition: Join a growing department where your performance directly translates into business expansion and personal career progression.
Rewards: A highly competitive salary package reflective of your experience, accompanied by performance-oriented incentives and social benefits.
