Freight & Customs Responsible ( Logistics )

Your Role :

Coordinate international and domestic transport operations, and ensure the proper handling of import/export documentation flows.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the smooth processing of provisional import-export declarations in coordination with the customs broker.

• Oversee import-export documentation flows.

• Ensure proper customs clearance procedures are followed, in accordance with Versigent’s internal regulations and contractual requirements.

• Confirm the final declared values ​​for each shipment with the customs broker—segregating data by Incoterms and currency—and ensure the proper registration of import licenses with the relevant banks.

• Prepare import and export customs files.

• Collect the documents required to complete customs declarations (invoices, transport documents, etc.).

• Oversee the legally mandated procedures for customs declarations regarding goods.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Bachelor degree in logistics, management or related field

• 5 years minimum of experience in the logistic field

• Fluent english
