## Description

Your Role :

Coordinate international and domestic transport operations, and ensure the proper handling of import/export documentation flows.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

  * Ensure the smooth processing of provisional import-export declarations in coordination with the customs broker.

  * Oversee import-export documentation flows.

  * Ensure proper customs clearance procedures are followed, in accordance with Versigent’s internal regulations and contractual requirements.

  * Confirm the final declared values ​​for each shipment with the customs broker—segregating data by Incoterms and currency—and ensure the proper registration of import licenses with the relevant banks.

  * Prepare import and export customs files.

  * Collect the documents required to complete customs declarations (invoices, transport documents, etc.).

  * Oversee the legally mandated procedures for customs declarations regarding goods.

**YOUR BACKGROUND**

  * Bachelor degree in logistics, management or related field

  * 5 years minimum of experience in the logistic field

  * Fluent english
