Job Title: Outbound Sales Account Manager - North American Market (Evening Shift)
Location: Tunis, Tunisia
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 2.00 PM- 11.00 PM
Report to: Contact Centre Supervisor

Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated salesperson to become an Outbound Sales Account Manager at Pens.com. You will  play a critical role in delivering a best-in-class customer experience by combining deep subject-matter expertise, proactive engagement, and strategic relationship management. The role is focused on driving business outcomes, fostering customer loyalty, and ensuring operational excellence across high-value customers (HVCs). As a key player in customer experience, the ideal candidate must be a versatile professional who excels in customer relationship management, service quality enhancement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Primary responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor for high-value customers, offering personalized support ensuring strong relationships and high retention 
  • Personalize communication using CRM data, previous order history, and customer profiles 
  • Demonstrate a deep passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting customer loyalty.
  • Drive revenue growth by upselling, renewing accounts, and expanding existing client portfolios, meet or exceed performance KPIs 
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored marketing and promotional solutions aligned with their objectives 
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and outcomes.
  • Advise clients on campaign strategies, product selection, and optimal use of their marketing budgets 
  • Coordinate with design, escalation, and different teams to solve customer problems or execute custom solutions 
  • Promote new products, offers, and marketing campaigns while staying informed on industry trends 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support projects aimed at enhancing processes and performance
  • Share client success stories or feedback with relevant teams to drive continuous improvement

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills are a must with demonstrated ability to close deals, upsell, and consistently meet and exceed targets. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (written and spoken). 
  • Customer-focused mindset with active listening, problem-solving abilities and a quick analytical reflex for identifying needs.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring effective follow up and documentation. 
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
