We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Administrative Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in Human Resources and office administration while working in a dynamic and international environment.

The successful candidate will support the HR and Administration team in day-to-day activities and develop valuable professional skills through hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Support

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including reviewing CVs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

  • Support the onboarding process for new employees and interns.

  • Help maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

  • Assist in monitoring attendance, leave requests, and other HR administrative activities.

  • Support the organization of training sessions and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Administrative Support

  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.

  • Prepare and update documents, reports, and spreadsheets.

  • Assist in managing office supplies and administrative records.

  • Support the coordination of meetings, appointments, and company events.

  • Help collect and organize administrative documentation required by different departments.

  • Perform general office administration tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Good written and spoken English.

  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team.
