We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Administrative Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in Human Resources and office administration while working in a dynamic and international environment.
The successful candidate will support the HR and Administration team in day-to-day activities and develop valuable professional skills through hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
Assist with recruitment activities, including reviewing CVs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Support the onboarding process for new employees and interns.
Help maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in monitoring attendance, leave requests, and other HR administrative activities.
Support the organization of training sessions and employee engagement initiatives.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Administrative Support
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
Prepare and update documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
Assist in managing office supplies and administrative records.
Support the coordination of meetings, appointments, and company events.
Help collect and organize administrative documentation required by different departments.
Perform general office administration tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good written and spoken English.
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team.
