Description :
Monitor manufacturing process compliance and intervene in the event of internal or external deviations or failure to meet set objectives by leading problem-solving groups.
Ensure internal compliance with specific customer requirements.

 Among your responsabilities :

  • Manage the team of quality engineers and auditors

  • Maintain ongoing contact with the client to closely monitor customer feedback.

  • Study, interpret, and implement specific customer requirements.

  • Lead the problem-solving process.

  • Communicate with the client and provide timely feedback, ensuring that customer expectations are met and implemented.

  • Monitor various VOP or VOC indicators and raise awareness in the event of risk or deviation, leading the multidisciplinary approach to rectify the situation.-Participer aux passages des phases APQP. 

  • Participate in system release meetings and raise the alarm in case of non-feasibility.

  • Participate in process FMEA analysis meetings.

  • Participate in feasibility study meetings.

  • Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with monitoring plans.

  • Define, deploy, and qualify the resources required to monitor the process.

  • Create and communicate PPAP files to clients.

  • Participate in internal audits and monitor recommended actions.

Your Background : 
  • Engineering degree in (Industrial Engineering; Manufacturing;)

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar position ( experience in the automative sector is required)

  • Experience in team management

  • Fluent English

  • Analytical, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
