Your Responsibilities
As the first point of contact for a well-known German market leader in the Teleshopping, Lifestyle, and E-Commerce sectors, you will be the voice of the brand:
Answer customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, products, payments, and returns.
Provide professional support to customers via email and live chat.
Handle complaints with empathy and efficiency to find the best possible solutions.
Accurately document customer interactions in our modern CRM systems.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and top-tier service quality with your friendly approach.
What You Bring to the Team
Language Skills: Excellent command of the German language, both spoken and written (B2/C1 level minimum).
Communication: Great interpersonal skills with a patient, friendly, and solution-oriented mindset.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating PCs and digital systems.
Soft Skills: Reliability, team spirit, and the desire to work in an international, dynamic environment.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus, but not mandatory – fresh graduates and career changers are welcome!
