We are looking for a talented Supply planning Lead to join us. Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Supply Strategies: Design, implement, and continuously refine comprehensive supply plans that perfectly balance sales forecasts, production capabilities, and inventory optimization targets
- Lead the S&OP Process: Take ownership of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process for your product portfolio, bringing teams together to make data-driven decisions that move the business forward
- Master Inventory Optimization: Strategically manage inventory across the entire supply chain—from raw materials through work-in-progress to finished goods—balancing service excellence with minimal obsolescence
- Drive Performance Excellence: Monitor critical supply chain KPIs including forecast accuracy, on-time delivery rates, and inventory turns, then take decisive action to continuously improve results
- Strengthen Supplier Partnerships: Partner closely with procurement to guarantee timely material availability, while building and managing strong supplier relationships that deliver consistent performance
- Optimize Production Flow: Collaborate hands-on with manufacturing teams to fine-tune production schedules, resolve capacity challenges, and ensure materials move efficiently through operations
- Innovate and Improve: Identify game-changing opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains, then lead initiatives that transform how supply planning operates
- Develop Your Team: Lead and mentor a talented team of supply planners, creating a culture where continuous improvement thrives and professional growth is prioritized
- Build Strategic Relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and R&D, Quality, Production, plus external partners who are critical to supply chain success
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain rigorous adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, protecting the organization while driving results
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning or related roles.
- 3 years experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge And Skills
- Strong understanding of S&OP processes and best practices.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAGE X3, SAP, IBP) and advanced planning tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI & Dashboarding systems. AI tools is a Plus.
- Strong process discipline, attention to details, and continuous improvement mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree
- APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP)
