Description:

Coordinate and oversee material supply operations in line with customer requirements, company standards, and management guidelines, ensuring the production plan is delivered under the best conditions of time, quality, and cost.

Among Your Role :

·  Manage the team of supply planners.

·  Organize the team's workload based on the number of stock-keeping units (SKUs) and specific suppliers.

·  Define the supply schedule based on the company's material requirements.

·  Continuously monitor the supply schedule.

·  Continuously monitor suppliers to mitigate the impact of potential delays.

·  Ensure optimal management of raw material (RM) inventory.

·  Continuously monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts and production stoppages.

·  Analyze critical issues—such as safety stock depletion—on a weekly basis and determine necessary actions.

·  Communicate critical issues requiring special attention to suppliers.

·  Continuously monitor management indicators in coordination with the Production, Engineering, and Quality departments.

·  Improve established processes and tools to optimize raw material management and associated information flows.

Your background :

·  Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

·  Minimum of 6 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles, including experience in material planning

·   Experience in a managerial position

·  Solid experience in the automotive industry is preferred

·  Experience with SAP ERP systems, along with strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles, and solid expertise in inventory control, production planning, and supplier management.

·  Strong leadership and team management skills

·  Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required

·  Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
