Role Summary

The Creative Project Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of creative projects across multiple teams and stakeholders. This role manages workflows, timelines, communications, and digital assets to ensure projects move efficiently from intake to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Jira tickets and creative requests from intake through final delivery
  • Review incoming requests and ensure briefs, assets, and requirements are complete and clearly defined
  • Coordinate timelines, priorities, resources, and cross-functional workflows
  • Assign tasks and follow up on project progress, blockers, and approvals
  • Support project kickoffs and maintain alignment between stakeholders and creative teams
  • Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status updates
  • Organize and maintain digital assets within the DAM system, including metadata, tagging, taxonomy, and file organization.
  • Coordinate retouching workflows with internal teams and external freelancers
  • Ensure final assets are delivered and uploaded properly
  • Help improve workflow efficiency and identify operational bottlenecks
  • Serve as a central point of communication across creative and marketing/merchandising teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, traffic coordination, or creative operations
  • Strong experience with Jira or similar project management tools
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with DAM systems and asset management is a plus
  • Fluent English, written and spoken
