Recruitment Officer – German Speaker

Role Overview:

This role will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment for National Pen, as part of the Talent Acquisition and People team.

This includes identifying candidates from various recruitment channels, screening candidates in German, present pre-qualified candidates who are the best match for the assigned positions, ensure compliance with our hiring policies and practices to meet overall recruiting goals in a multicultural and global environment.

Primary responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver tailored recruitment solutions to their needs
• Conduct screenings and interviews to identify top talent
• Optimize recruitment processes and implement best practices
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment projects

Requirements & Qualifications

• Fluent in German is required
• Upper Intermediate English level (French is a plus)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, outlook...)
• Previous recruitment experience is plus
• Communication skills, particularly the ability to build relationships across departments internally as well as with external third-party partners and candidates
• Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently

• 1-2 interview(s) with the Hiring Manager if the screening is successful (45 minutes to 1 hour)
• Language test assessment (German)
• Final decision
