Bank ABC is reinforcing their Legal Department with the hiring of a Chargée des Saisies et Réquisitions
Principal Responsibilities, Accountabilities and Deliverables of Role:
Ensure the proper processing of foreclosures, administrative oppositions, and different kinds of public requisitions. This includes the reception of the bailiff's minutes notified to the bank relating to the seizures and the minutes of administrative oppositions received from the Tax administration as well as the performing of the required judicial and administrative formalities such as the preparation of declaration, correspondence to lawyers, etc.
Perform the necessary formalities and within the deadlines required by the law and by the bank's procedures (customer search, notes to the concerned departments, instructions on account restriction and blocking of amounts, reception and dispatch of releases, release instructions, etc.).
Processing of foreclosures and administrative oppositions via the IT platform dedicated to them.
Ascertain the full respect of the legal provisions and procedures of the bank relating to foreclosures and administrative oppositions and ensure the legal validity of the related declarations before the competent courts or the public administration.
Handling and Follow-up of contentious cases relating to foreclosures.
Provide advice and opinions to the relevant departments of the bank regarding the foreclosures, administrative oppositions or requisitions transmitted to the bank, if the case may be.
Disseminate to the relevant departments of the Bank the various notifications and correspondence relating to judicial requisitions, freezing orders and others requisitions and ensure their follow-up.
Ensure the preparation of periodic reports and statistics related to foreclosures, administrative oppositions, and different kinds of public requisitions.
To carry out the follow up of the declarations lodged with the registries of the courts and with the concerned Tax Administration and the collection of the related discharges.
Knowledge: Knowledge of banking industry, the management of foreclosures. Computer skills to handle the processing of foreclosures and administrative oppositions via the IT platform.
Education / Certifications: Bachelor's degree in law or economic studies or management.
Experience: 4 Years
Personal attributes: Organized and reliable/ Team player/ self-motivated/able to deal with complex situations and tight deadlines.
