Quality Inspector

We are seeking a quality inspector for an aeronautical (aerospace) manufacturing environment, specialized in composite structures. The role focuses on final inspection of products prior to release, ensuring conformity after assembly, bonding, and integration operations.

The inspector ensures that all finished products comply with quality requirements, approved documentation, and production standards before delivery or transfer to the next stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform final inspections on completed aerospace assemblies prior to release,
• Visual inspection of workmanship, finish, and overall product conformity,
• Verification of bonding / gluing quality,
• Verify compliance with drawing requirements and defined tolerances and conduct basic dimensional checks using standard measuring tools
• Verification of installed functional components (retainers, doors, pull-out tables, and similar elements)
• Final fit checks and assembly verification on aircraft structural parts
• Production documentation check.

• Perform final accept/reject decision prior to product release
• Ensure all inspection and production records are complete, accurate, and properly closed

• Ensure accurate completion of inspection records and manufacturing documentation
• Authorize or block release of finished products for delivery or next stage integration.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree with 1+years experience OR Technician experience with 2-3 years experience
• Proven experience in aerospace quality inspection or composite manufacturing

• Good knowledge of:
• Aerospace bonding and structural assembly processes
• Composite materials (especially honeycomb sandwich structures)
• Fit-check and structural assembly verification in aeronautics
• Ability to interpret:
• Drawings
• Work instructions and inspection criteria
• Quality documentation (AS9100 / EN9100 environment preferred)
• Other skills:
• Good working knowledge of English (minimum intermediate level)
• High precision and attention to detail (critical in aerospace)
• Strong autonomy in decision-making (accept/reject authority)

• Flexibility for shift-based or weekends production schedules
