BIM MEP Engineer

As part of the development of our BIM and Design & Build activities, we are looking for:

BIM MEP Engineer / Technician (Energy & Fluids) – Revit

📍 Location: Tunis, Tunisia

💰 Salary: Based on profile and experience (14 salaries per year)

🔧 Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain high-quality MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit

* Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems within multidisciplinary BIM projects

* Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and BIM execution plans

* Participate in coordination meetings, clash detection, and model review processes

* Produce accurate technical drawings and engineering documentation

🎯 Profile Required

* Degree in Energy Engineering, Fluids Engineering, or a related technical field

* Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP)

* Good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems

* Experience in BIM environments and multidisciplinary coordination

* Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
