DevOps Engineer

Digital Innovation Partner is a Swiss-based IT company, part of the Swiss Digital Network, that will need for its Tunisian office a Junior DevOps Engineer for a full-time position. We are looking for a motivated Junior DevOps Engineer to join our growing AI-driven product and solutions delivery team. In this role, you will contribute to building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment processes, working alongside experienced engineers and collaborating with teams in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will support the design, deployment, and operation of software systems in production. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to grow in infrastructure automation, reliability, and DevOps practices.

•  Support the setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows

•  Assist in managing and monitoring cloud infrastructure and containerized environments

•  Contribute to scripting and automation tasks to improve operational efficiency

•  Help maintain system reliability, availability, and performance monitoring

•  Collaborate with software and ML engineers to support smooth deployments

•  Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to team delivery milestones

•  Document infrastructure and operational processes

Your Skills
DevOps & Infrastructure

•  Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g. GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)

•  Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker

•  Introductory knowledge of Kubernetes or container orchestration concepts

•  Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) — even at student/project level

•  Comfort with Linux command line and basic shell scripting (Bash)

•  Understanding of version control with Git

•  Awareness of monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)

Collaboration & Mindset

•  Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced engineering environment

•  Ability to collaborate effectively within a team

•  Basic experience working in Agile or iterative project environments

•  Good communication skills in English (French or Arabic a plus)

•  Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks
