Digital Innovation Partner is a Swiss-based IT company, part of the Swiss Digital Network, that will need for its Tunisian office a Junior MLOps Engineer for a full-time position. We are looking for a motivated Junior MLOps Engineer to join our expanding AI-driven product development and solutions delivery team. In this role, you will support the deployment and monitoring of machine learning models in production, working alongside experienced engineers and collaborating with teams in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will assist in the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of ML models and AI pipelines. This position is ideal for someone with a background in machine learning who is eager to bridge the gap between data science and production engineering.

•  Support the deployment of ML models to production environments

•  Assist in building and maintaining data and model pipelines

•  Help monitor model performance and flag data or model drift issues

•  Contribute to CI/CD workflows adapted for ML workloads

•  Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate ML components into applications

•  Participate in Agile ceremonies and support delivery milestones

•  Document ML pipelines, experiments, and deployment procedures

Your Skills

MLOps & Machine Learning

•  Basic understanding of the ML lifecycle: training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring

•  Familiarity with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch

•  Introductory experience with MLOps tools (e.g. MLflow, DVC, Weights & Biases) is a plus

•  Exposure to CI/CD concepts and pipelines, ideally in an ML context

•  Basic knowledge of containerization with Docker

•  Comfort with Python scripting for data processing and automation

•  Awareness of API design or REST services for ML model serving

Collaboration & Mindset

•  Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced AI engineering environment

•  Ability to collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product stakeholders

•  Basic experience in Agile or iterative project environments

•  Good communication skills in English (French or Arabic a plus)

•  Curiosity about production ML challenges and a desire to improve system reliability
