**Digital Innovation Partner** is a specialized Swiss-based IT company, part of the **Swiss Digital Network** , that will need for its **Tunisian office,** a **Lead MLOps /AI Engineer** for a full-time Position.

We are seeking an experienced **Lead MLOps/AI Engineer** to join our expanding **AI-driven product development and solutions delivery team**. In this position, you will provide technical leadership in AI-driven product development and play a pivotal role in scaling and industrializing AI applications. The role involves designing, deploying, and delivering production-grade AI solutions, collaborating with teams in Switzerland, and promoting innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**

The candidate will lead the design, deployment, and operation of AI products in production. This position requires technical expertise in MLOps, infrastructure optimization, and collaboration between product and engineering teams.

·  Design, deploy, and manage scalable ML & AI production systems

·  Establish MLOps, CI/CD, and model lifecycle standards

·  Monitor and address data/model drift for reliability

·  Optimize data pipelines, APIs, and distributed systems

·  Work with stakeholders in Agile teams

·  Mentor and guide team members for technical quality

**Your Skills**

 _MLOps Engineering_

·  Experience deploying ML models in production

·  Skilled in CI/CD pipeline construction

·  Knowledge of Kubernetes or similar systems

·  Data pipeline and feature engineering experience

·  API design for ML/data services

 _Collaboration & Leadership_

·  Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams

·  Ability to work independently and drive technical projects

·  Skilled at translating business requirements into technical solutions

·  Comfortable collaborating with product owners, SMEs, architects, and engineering teams

·  Strong work experience in Agile environments

·  Strong communication skills with all stakeholders
