## Description

**Purpose of Role :**

This role will provide as following ;

  * Expertise in quality assurance and control

  * Implementing strong quality practices and utilising advanced quality methods and statistical tools

  * New product introductions and sustaining manufacturing processes

  * This entails leveraging core tools and standards prevalent in the automotive industry, along with fulfilling requirements in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).

**Key Accountabilities :**

●  Manage quality deliverables for introduction of new products, such as PPAP requirements  
●  Produce and maintain PPAP documentation to automotive standards, as required  
●  Lead and support, where required, in implementing and maintaining Lean Manufacturing principles, e.g. 5S, VSM, SMED, Kaizen, OEE, Error Proofing, Gemba, JIT, TPM, etc.  
●  Training and qualification of technicians, auditors  
●  Implementing and maintaining Lean Manufacturing principles( 5S, VSM, SMED, Kaizen, OEE, Error Proofing, Gemba, JIT, TPM, etc.)

**Qualifications and Experience :**

  * Extensive knowledge and expertise gained from working in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the automotive or an equivalent demanding industry. 

  * Strong background in implementing world-class quality best practices and utilising advanced quality tools and statistical methodologies

  * Excellent teamwork, 

  * Problem-solving abilities, 

  * Effective communication skills, 

  * Proactive approach to driving continual improvement and change

  * Proficiency in spoken and written English and French is essential for this role 

  * Availability for international travel is also a requirement
