MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :

• Is under the responsibility of a Senior Buyer, you will be in charge to launch RFQ based on the lists of preferred suppliers defined by a Commodity Lead Buyer and local suppliers for the needs of our French plants.
• Leads the negotiations to obtain the best QCD performance.
• Monitor QCD performance through the buyer's report.
• Follows the progress of orders with the French and International suppliers
• Intervenes with suppliers in the event of escalation by the Internal Customers (Litigation management)
• Coordinates the evaluation of suppliers on assigned business
• Coordinates the needs of internal costumers in particular for maintenance services (Contracts, Spare parts, ..)

REQUIREMENTS :
• A higher education degree in purchasing with a significant experience in the purchasing on industrial commodities (5 years minimum)
• Have an interest in technical purchasing
• Good listening skills, persuasive, interpersonal skills, analytical and synthetic thinking, autonomous, ability to coordinate in a functional position, rigor, ethics, dynamism.
• Fluency in English and French, Proficient user of Microsoft Office and SAP
• Experience in the Industrial sector, Automotive is a plus.
