Job Title: Outbound Sales Advisor – English Speaker(Evening Shift) |

Reporting to: Contact Centre Manager |

Overview of Role: As Outbound Sales Agent you will be required to sell a range of National Pen products to existing customers through Outbound telephone calling. You will do this by contacting customers using a pre-loaded workflow. In doing so, you will provide our customers with an incredible service, whilst establishing long-term customer relationships. Primary responsibilities · Calling existing customers using preloaded workflow and generating increased sales. · Manage a data base of unassigned accounts with associated Sales Revenue and Key Performance targets. · Ensure customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the customer of any new products and maintaining the highest levels of customer care. · Ensuring the order and customer details are correctly uploaded onto the system to ensure accuracy on all orders · Achieve weekly individual sales, calls and revenue targets. · Attend weekly team catch-up meetings, brainstorm new idea sand sales techniques. · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and processes, which will be supported by on-going training, support, and coaching. · Any other duties/projects as directed by Senior Management. |

Requirements & Qualifications · Fluent in English · Ideally a minimum of 1 year experience in sales environment with an understanding of the importance of building relationships with key decisionmakers. · Passionate about delivering customer service and managing customer expectations. · Excellent communication and negotiation skills. · Able to maintain professionalism under pressure and handle objections in an appropriate manner. · An energetic, self-starter who excels in interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills. · Strong experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, and other systems. · Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. · Self-motivated, goal-oriented and results driven. · Enjoy working in a team environment. |
