Procurement / Supply specialist

 Collaborate through the supply chain, from choosing between making or buying components and the appropriateness of pricing 

 • Support supplier quality management

 • Communicate with multiple departments to address logistical or operational concern 

Participate in Developing and implementing a comprehensive supply chain strategy. 

 • Collaborate on supply chain procedures, including inventory management, warehousing, automation, systems integration, and distribution. • Analyze customer input requirements and provide sustainable solutions to their need.

 • Ensure good level of communication with customers on product delivery and all others activities related to the customer. • Provide resolutions of supply chain risks, analyzing root cause, and driving sustainable avoidance of recurrence

 • Identify technology and systems that promote transparency through the supply chain in order to improve profitability

 • Recommend and implement supply chain improvements, as well as document processes.

 • Collect and interpret analytical and performance data to determine supply chain KPIs. 

 • Build and maintain strong supplier’ relationships.

 • Support new supplier evaluation, selection and approval according to SG Medtech standards.

 • Set up, test and maintenance of ERP for supply chain data. 

 • Monitor supplier performance & development, transportation, material flow, and inventory 

 • Participate as required in supplier audits and assessments. 

 • Collaborate with logistics, manufacturing, purchasing, and engineering teams

 • Ensure compliance with iso 13485 standard and safety regulations.
