PDS is a forward-thinking automotive retailing consulting firm specializing in Dealership Profitability Consulting, helping our clients maximize performance across all departments—from inventory acquisition to post-sale service.
We are currently looking for a Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to join our team.
This role is critical in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients while maintaining strong coordination between customers and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions, including managing and de-escalating difficult or dissatisfied clients with professionalism
- Act as a central point of coordination between customers and service departments (body shop, technicians, mechanics, etc.)
- Ensure smooth communication and follow-up throughout the service lifecycle
- Support post-sale customer service processes to enhance satisfaction and retention
- Optimize online reputation by collecting good reviews from satisfied clients and removal of bad reviews from dissatisfied clients
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain operational efficiency
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Highly organized with strong coordination abilities
- Passionate about cars, especially vehicles from the American market
- Experience in automotive, dealership operations, or customer service is a strong plus
