We are currently looking for a person for the position :
Warehouse supervisor
Place of work: Sousse– Tunisia
Job Purpose
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate, safe, and timely receipt, storage, and delivery of materials and finished goods. The role ensures inventory integrity, operational efficiency, and compliance with quality, safety, and company standards while leading and developing the warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure uninterrupted material supply to production and on-time shipment of finished goods
Plan, organise, and prioritise warehouse activities in line with production plans and customer requirements
Ensure strict control of stock movements, traceability, and inventory reliability through system discipline and physical verification
Enforce safety, quality, and housekeeping standards (HSE, 5S) within the warehouse area
Supervise warehouse staff by setting clear objectives, ensuring task coverage, and monitoring performance and behaviours
Act as the first escalation point for warehouse-related incidents, shortages, or deviations
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing errors, handling time, and operational waste
Maintain accurate operational reporting and support audits, internal controls, and compliance checks
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in an industrial environment
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and material flows
Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
Good command of MS Office tools
Behavioral Skills:
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Hands-on, organised, and solution-oriented mindset
High sense of responsibility, safety awareness, and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
