Description de l'annonce
Ensure the execution of the daily and weekly production program. - Ensure the achievement of the department's objectives.
Assist shift leaders and team leaders in their work.
Plan daily meetings with them to monitor production.
Participate in developing production strategies.
Participate in developing files, reports and means of controlling indicators.
Prepare status reports on production, quality and indices.
Monitor product development (feasibility group) and the necessary capacity according to customer needs (capacity meeting) within the framework of multidisciplinary groups.
Your background :
Engineering degree in (Industrial Engineering; Manufacturing;)
3 years minimum experience in a similar position in the automotive field
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Able to handle stressful situations
Good verbal and written communication in English
