We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading international company in the auto electronics industry, currently establishing a new manufacturing plant in Sousse -Tunisia. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing international project at an early stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (technical, production, and support roles)
- Design and implement training and development programs
- Oversee performance management and compensation processes
- Ensure compliance with Tunisian labor laws and internal policies
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
- Supervise HR administration and daily operations
- Support cross-cultural communication between local teams and headquarters
Profile Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
- +10 years of experience in HR, preferably in an industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of Tunisian labor law and HR practices
- Experience in recruitment and workforce management
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Professional proficiency in English (Chinese is an asset)
