## Description

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading international company in the auto electronics industry, currently establishing a new manufacturing plant in Sousse -Tunisia. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing international project at an early stage.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  * Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  * Manage the full recruitment cycle (technical, production, and support roles)
  * Design and implement training and development programs
  * Oversee performance management and compensation processes
  * Ensure compliance with Tunisian labor laws and internal policies
  * Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
  * Supervise HR administration and daily operations
  * Support cross-cultural communication between local teams and headquarters

**Profile Requirements:**

  * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
  * +10 years of experience in HR, preferably in an industrial environment
  * Strong knowledge of Tunisian labor law and HR practices
  * Experience in recruitment and workforce management
  * Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  * Professional proficiency in English (Chinese is an asset)
