About EagleProjects Tunisia:

EagleProjects Tunisia is a fast-growing company specializing in engineering, digital construction, and innovative solutions for the AEC industry. We are looking for a BIM Modeler to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality BIM-based projects.

Responsibilities:

Develop detailed 3D BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and other tools.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure model accuracy.
Perform clash detection and conflict resolution using Navisworks.
Create construction drawings and documentation for project execution.
Work withpoint cloud datato generate accurate as-built models.
Maintain and update BIM models throughout project lifecycles.
Ensure compliance with BIM standards, workflows, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Revit (mandatory), AutoCAD (mandatory), Navisworks, and Dynamo (or similar tools).
Familiarity withpoint cloud processing and modelingusing Revit or equivalent platforms.
Strong understanding of BIM methodologies, workflows, and coordination.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Prior experience in architecture, construction, or MEP projects is a plus.
