Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Engineer – Air Compressors, you will be responsible for:
Promoting, selling, and supporting air compressor systems and related equipment
Maintaining strong client relationships while achieving sales targets
Assessing customer needs and providing innovative solutions for energy efficiency, reliability, or cost optimization
Preparing technical and commercial proposals, and delivering compelling presentations
Negotiating contracts and guiding clients through technical and pricing discussions
Collaborating with technical teams and leveraging CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and customer data
Traveling to client sites in Libya as required
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Engineer’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
Proven experience (typically 2–5 years) in technical sales or industrial equipment sales, preferably in air compressors or related industries
Strong knowledge of air compressor systems, ancillary equipment, and industrial applications
Valid driving license and willingness to travel to Libya
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in CRM systems to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines
