 Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Engineer – Air Compressors, you will be responsible for:

  • Promoting, selling, and supporting air compressor systems and related equipment

  • Maintaining strong client relationships while achieving sales targets

  • Assessing customer needs and providing innovative solutions for energy efficiency, reliability, or cost optimization

  • Preparing technical and commercial proposals, and delivering compelling presentations

  • Negotiating contracts and guiding clients through technical and pricing discussions

  • Collaborating with technical teams and leveraging CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and customer data

  • Traveling to client sites in Libya as required


 Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Engineer’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering

  • Proven experience (typically 2–5 years) in technical sales or industrial equipment sales, preferably in air compressors or related industries

  • Strong knowledge of air compressor systems, ancillary equipment, and industrial applications

  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel to Libya

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in CRM systems to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines
