Key Responsibilities:
As an ISR – Spare Parts, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and driving the sale of spare parts through internal sales channels

  • Maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent service

  • Providing accurate product knowledge and inventory support

  • Managing multiple orders, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining accurate records

  • Collaborating with technical and commercial teams to meet client needs


Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Engineer’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

  • Experience in inside sales is an advantage

  • Familiarity with mechanical or electrical spare parts and ability to read part specifications or diagrams

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records

  • Experience with CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Office
