Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Full Time English Trainer to join our team. As a trainer, you will deliver high quality English language instruction to individuals and groups, ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct English lessons using the Berlitz Method, focusing on conversational skills and practical language use.

• Adapt lesson plans to meet individual learner needs and proficiency levels.

• Provide constructive feedback to students to help them achieve their language goals.

• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records of attendance and assessments.

• Foster a supportive and motivating learning environment.

• Stay up to date with teaching methodologies and resources to ensure effective instruction.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in English Literature, Civilisation or Linguistics / Business English

• CELTA or equivalent certification

• Proficiency in English at a native or near-native level.

• Previous experience in Teaching or Corporate Training

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for language learning and cross-cultural communication.

• Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.

• Can start immediately

• 2+ years of work experience with English Teaching
