Job Title: Marketing Coordinator (Day Shift) - Hybrid
Location: Tunis, Tunisia
Reporting to: Marketing Manager

Overview of Role:

The marketing coordinator's mission is to create, organize, monitor and measure direct marketing campaigns focused on the acquisition of new customers and the loyalty of existing customers by reporting to the Marketing Manager of the specific country.

The successful candidate must be organized, rigorous, enthusiastic, and able to work flexibly and independently.

Primary responsibilities

  • Ensure that all campaigns are carried out within the deadlines defined in the plan, respecting all Mix Marketing variables defined by the Marketing Manager: price, product, targeting, content of the communication.
  • Coordinate the implementation of campaigns with the Marketing Assistant team
  • Take charge of competitive intelligence on the markets on which he / she is assigned
  • Participate in product decisions and ensure that the forecast maximizes the profitability defined by the Marketing Manager
  • Ensure that the forecast is done in the allotted time, in conjunction with the Marketing Manager and the Merchandising Teams.
  • Participate in the development of profitability, by proposing improvements of campaigns
  • Support the Marketing Manager in improving the profitability of his area, through the writing and preparation of synopsis and the analysis of data.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 2 years Marketing experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in English
  • Good level in French is a plus.
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel skills.
  • Excellent skills in campaign management, with great attention to detail.
  • High level of communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.
  • Ability to work in tight deadlines and multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Flexibility and openness
  • Occasional trips to be planned on our sites abroad, to ensure the good implementation of our campaigns.
