Description de l'annonce

Bank ABC is reinforcing their Retail & Digital Banking Department with the hiring of a Retail Marketing Products Officer.

As part of its ongoing growth and expansion strategy, ABC Bank Tunisia is strengthening its Retail Banking division to better address evolving customer needs and market opportunities. 

In this context, the Retail Marketing Products Officer will play a key role in supporting the development and promotion of the Bank’s Retail product portfolio.

I - Principal Responsibilities, Accountabilities and Deliverables of Role:

Product Marketing and Promotion

  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of marketing plans for Retail products.
  • Design and deploy promotional campaigns to support product growth.
  • Contribute to the positioning and marketing packaging of banking products.

 Sales Activation

  • Support the commercial network in the promotion of Retail products.
  • Propose sales activation initiatives to stimulate product uptake.
  • Contribute to the preparation of commercial communication materials (presentations, product sheets, sales pitches).

Campaign Analysis and Monitoring

  • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and assess their impact on sales.
  • Analyze customer behavior and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Produce regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing actions.

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Digital Banking, and Sales teams.
  • Contribute to the marketing launch of new products and services.
  • Participate in projects related to customer experience enhancement. 
Market and Customer Trends Monitoring
  • Conduct market monitoring on marketing trends and competitors’ practices in the banking sector.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the attractiveness of Retail offerings.
II - Job Requirements:

1- Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2- Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of financial services marketing.
  • Good understanding of Retail banking products.
  • Ability to analyze commercial and marketing data.
  • Proficiency in communication and reporting tools.

3- Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in retail banking, with at least 2 years in a dedicated product management, development, or portfolio management role.

4- Personal attributes:

  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Data-driven with strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Customer Obsession: Deep empathy for customer needs and pain points.
  • Innovation & Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and champion new ideas.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong business sense and results orientation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent influencing and collaboration skills to work with IT, Marketing, Sales, Risk, and Operations.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead virtual teams and drive initiatives without direct authority.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and French (mandatory). English is a significant advantage.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Tunisian banking regulatory environment.
