Description de l'annonce

Bank ABC is reinforcing their Retail & Digital Banking Department with the hiring of a Retail Products Officer.

The Retail Products Officer will support the Head of Retail Products in the retail product strategy execution for Bank ABC Tunisia. 

The mission is to support the enhancement of the product profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction through innovative design, competitive pricing, effective commercialization, and rigorous performance management.

Main Responsibilities, Accountabilities and Deliverables of Role:

Portfolio Management:

·  Analysis and monitoring of product development and proposal of opportunities for innovation and improvement.

·  Monitoring and consolidation of data from different departments (Risk, Finance, Quality, etc.) for the renewal and improvement of retail banking products.

Product Development & Lifecycle Management :

·  Monitoring product lifecycle and growth.

·  Proposing product digitization solutions aligned with the bank's channels.

Pricing & Profitability Management:

·  Conduct benchmarks of prices, fees, and commissions for products with local banks in order to optimize existing product range offers during renewals and the design of new products.

Commercialization & Sales Enablement:

·  Close collaboration with the communications department to design monthly campaigns across the bank's various communication channels.

·  Participate in the development of new product launch plans as well as the improvement of the existing product.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

·  Monitoring processes and dashboards for the product portfolio.

·  Participating in the preparation of performance reports for existing products for the Head of Retail Products.

Risk, Compliance & Governance:

·  Ensure all products and processes comply with Tunisian regulations and internal policies.

·  Partner with the Risk Department to embed appropriate credit, operational, and conduct risk controls within product design and processes.

Job Requirements:

1- Knowledge:

A successful experience in the retail banking segment.

Good comprehension & command of the retail banking products in the Tunisian market.

Analytical skills, monitoring ability, and strong capacity to make proposals.

Familiarity with digital banking platforms, fintech trends, and agile methodologies is a strong plus.

2- Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years in retail banking, with at least 2 years in a dedicated product management, development, or portfolio management role.

3- Education:

Bachelor or master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

4- Personal Attributes:

Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Data-driven with strong financial and analytical skills.

Customer Obsession: Deep empathy for customer needs and pain points.

Innovation & Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and champion new ideas.

Commercial Acumen: Strong business sense and results orientation.

Stakeholder Management: Excellent influencing and collaboration skills to work with IT, Marketing, Sales, Risk, and Operations.

Leadership: Ability to lead virtual teams and drive initiatives without direct authority.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and French (mandatory). English is a significant advantage.

Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Tunisian banking regulatory environment.
