About Moonside (formerly Binit NS) 

Moonside is a Tech & Ops consulting firm supporting European businesses with end-to-end transformation across technology and operations. With over 140 experts across our Capability Center in Tunis and consulting teams in France and the Netherlands, we operate as one integrated team.

The role :

As a Business Analyst based in Tunis, you will contribute to both client transformation projects and internal strategic initiatives at Moonside. You will support Tech & Ops programs across industries while strengthening our internal structuring, governance, and analytical capabilities.

 Key Responsibilities :

*Business Analysis on Consulting projects

Gather and formalize business and functional requirements· 

Support process mapping and documentation· 

Conduct data analysis and performance tracking· 

Prepare structured deliverables (presentations, reports, documentation)

*IT Project & PMO Support

Support project planning and milestone tracking·

Maintain project documentation and governance artifacts· 

Monitor risks, issues, and action plans· 

Prepare steering committee materials and reporting dashboards· 

Coordinate between client stakeholders and delivery teams 

*Internal Projects & Firm Development

Contribute to internal research and strategic analysis· 

Support methodology and knowledge structuring initiatives· 

Assist in building internal dashboards and performance monitoring·

Participate in operational improvement initiatives

 Requirements :

 Degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field· 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills· 

Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented· 

Business sense and an interest in technology· 

Comfortable working with data and documentation· 

Fluent in French and English with good communication skills (written and spoken)
