Key Responsibilities
Visa Application Processing
- Scrutinize and collect visa application documents for processing.
- Record and maintain all application data, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system without errors.
- Ensure timely completion of the visa application process within the specified Turn Around Time.
Customer Service and Support
- Attend customer/applicant queries through various channels, including in-person, email, and telephone.
- Inform applicants about available Value-Added Services and facilitate their delivery to customers.
- Encourage applicants to provide feedback on services and experiences at the application center.
Compliance and Operations Management
- Handle cash and bank transactions accurately, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
- Manage passport delivery logistics to consulates, applicants, and logistic companies.
- Maintain strict compliance with standard operating procedures and manuals, ensuring consistency in processes.
- Support the Deputy Manager/Operations Manager in executing World Bank projects.
Environment, Social & Governance
- Promote judicious use of natural resources.
- Adhere to the organisation's environment, health, and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines.
