Description de l'annonce

Our company is a growing industrial company specialized in the design and manufacturing of premium eyewear. I’ve built this company from the ground up with passion, vision, and the belief that excellence has no borders with a talented team and amazing partners.

Born in Tunisia and now expanding across the globe, we embodies the fusion of craftsmanship, innovation, and global ambition. Our brands including VAKAY, La Vida Loca and Bergamot are redefining the eyewear industry by bringing authentic design, high-end materials, and local excellence to the global stage.

And as we enter a new phase of growth (scaling production, expanding internationally, and building global partnerships), I’m looking formy right handas an operational co-pilot. Not an assistant.
A Chief Operating Officer (COO) a real strategic partner.

Someone who can turn ambition into execution, and vision into measurable impact.

A problem solver, a situation unblocker, a facilitator who makes things move.

Someone capable of reviving stalled projects, ensuring tactical execution, and translating strategy into daily momentum.

If you understand both the beauty of strategy and the discipline of operations…

If you’re obsessed with structure, performance, and growth…

And if you want to build something iconic with a CEO who moves fast and thinks big..

Then you might be the person I’m looking for.

Your Mission:

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for turning strategy into execution, ensuring that every department from production to finance, supply chain, HR, and sales operates with efficiency, discipline, and ambition.

You will act as the architect of performance, the bridge between vision and execution, and the driving force behind operational transformation.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Translate the CEO’s vision into actionable, measurable, and executable plans.
  • Supervise all day-to-day operations and ensure organizational alignment.
  • Identify bottlenecks and unlock stalled projects through decisive tactical execution.
  • Be a problem solver, a situation unblocker, and a facilitator who gets things done.
  • Drive efficiency, structure, and process excellence (Lean, Kaizen, performance culture).
  • Strengthen financial control, cost management, and profitability per business unit.
  • Oversee large-scale projects (automation, digitalization, international rollout).
  • Empower and inspire an amzing young team across departments.

Profile & Skills:

  • Master’s degree (Minimum) in Engineering, Management, or Business Administration (MBA preferred) or similar.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in operations and finance management, factory leadership, and C-level management.
  • Strong understanding of industrial processes and financial performance.
  • Natural leadership with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on mentality with strategic depth.
  • Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus).
  • Ambitious, disciplined, and passionate about building excellence from the ground up.

Why Join Us:

Joining us means joining a visionary company at a decisive moment in its expansion.

You’ll work directly with a CEO who values speed, clarity, and results in an environment where every decision counts and every contribution is visible.

Here, you won’t be a number. You’ll be the right hand, shaping the future of a company determined to make history.

  • A strategic position at the heart of decision-making.
  • A fast-scaling industrial environment with international exposure.
  • The freedom to build, implement, and transform.
  • A leadership culture driven by ambition, excellence et humanity..
